Brand Overview: Acure Organics (and My Top 5 Favorite Products)

In this post, you'll find info about all things Acure: what the brand carries, where to get the best deals, my favorite products, etc.

Acure Organics is a brand that makes skincare, haircare, and bodycare products.

Their popularity stems from the fact that their products are natural and effective, while still being affordably priced. There are some natural brands that are cheaper than Acure, but Acure tends to use a lot of high quality and organic ingredients for the price point. Some other reasons to like them: they support fair trade, sustainability, and breast cancer awareness (they recently made the Glamorganic Goddess Box, where 100% of the proceeds went to supporting The Glamorganic Goddess's battle with breast cancer).

All Acure products are cruelty-free and almost all of them are vegan.
All products are free of: parabens, sulfates, silicones, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, artifical colors, and harmful preservatives.

Where to buy it?

Target: select products, full price
Whole Foods/natural grocery stores: entire range, mostly full price, sales sometimes

Acureorganics.com: If you're not looking to make a big order, I would suggest buying directly from Acure's website because they have free shipping with no minimum.

Pharmaca.com: This is where I've found the best deals. Pharmaca often has 25-30% off sitewide coupons, so you can end up getting Acure for up to 50% off! Pharmaca carries multiple beauty brands and you get free shipping on $35 orders.

Vitacost.com: If Pharmaca isn't having a sale, this is the next best thing. Vitacost has everyday low prices and they carry lots of natural beauty brands, as well as food/tea/etc. Free shipping on $49 orders.

iHerb.com: Tends to be a little more expensive than Vitacost, but still cheaper than retail and they have a $20 free shipping minimum. iHerb seems to be popular amongst people outside of the U.S. as well.

The Vitacost and iHerb links above are referral links, so you can get $5-10 off your first purchase and I receive the same credit.

Worth the hype?

Generally speaking, you can't go wrong with this brand. I have liked most of the things I’ve tried and nothing has been a complete, utter failure. For some products, I didn't like the scent or packaging, but overall I love this brand!

Below, I have linked to all the reviews I have done, and at the end of this post, I will recap what my favorites are. *Note: some products were sent to me for review, which are marked with an asterisk.

My Top 5  Picks

1. Brightening Facial Scrub
This is something that everyone needs to try. It's the best facial scrub I've ever used and was the first Acure product I tried.

2. & 3. Moroccan Argan Shampoo & Conditioner
I wish I knew about this stuff back when I would splurge on haircare from Sephora. This duo works great on my dry hair. I also like the hair mask, but I recommend giving these a try first.

4. Rosehip Oil
Really, you need to own one of Acure's oils. Your skin will thank you. I think my personal favorite is rosehip, but I also enjoyed the argan and marula oils.

5. Facial Cleansing Creme
The first 4 of these items came to mind quickly, but I had a hard time picking the 5th. I chose this cleanser because it's another good, basic item that most of you are probably looking for. I've recently tried some other cleansers through Petit Vour and found myself yearning to go back to this one.

I hope you found this post helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  1. Great post! We don't have Acure Organics anywhere in Canada right now so I'm keeping a list of their products I want to try so that I can grab a bunch when I'm in the states! I definitely wanna try the brightening facial scrub and both the moroccan argan shampoo and conditioner that you mentioned!
